SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy Pre-Order Processing Processing time (5–7business days) reflects order placement and fulfillment initiation with our vendor. Shipping Time Shipping time (7–14 business days) begins once the order has been completed and dispatched from our facility.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Adored Goddess, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
• The wrong item was shipped
• The item is defective upon arrival Examples of defects include, but are not limited to:
• Incorrect item received (wrong texture, length, or lace size)
• Lace torn or damaged upon delivery
• Bald spots, patchy density, or visible shedding beyond normal initial shedding
• Strong chemical or mildew odor indicating improper processing or storage
• Wefts coming undone or separating upon first inspection
• Severe matting or tangling before the item has been worn or altered
The following do not qualify as defects:
• Normal shedding or tangling
• Minor fly aways or loose hairs
• Color variation due to lighting or screen settings
• Changes caused by cutting, coloring, bleaching, heat styling, or product use
• Buyer’s remorse or preference changes To qualify for a return or exchange,
The product must:
• Be in original packaging
• Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (no cutting, coloring, bleaching, or styling)
• Have lace and tags fully intact Customers are encouraged to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
ALL claims must include clear photos and/or video of the issue before the item is worn, altered, or installed. 🧡 If your order meets these requirements, please contact us at goddessadored1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
